- Once you are happy you let us know that you wish to proceed with booking. We email instructions to you.
- You send over Deposit payment, email us to let us know you have made the payment. With your name and wedding date as reference.

- We confirm back to you in writing.
- We will send you link to PAT test & PLi docs to forward on to venue
- Contact you with Spotify list sharing instructions.
- Email you 1 month before to check in.

- We discretely arrive 90 mins before typically at 5.30pm for a 7pm start.
- We will let your wedding planner know we’re arrived
- Introduce ourselves to Toastmaster or Mater of ceremonies if you have one.
- Get set up in good time.
- Aim to get background music running 45-60 mins before your cake cut & first dance
- Pre warn guests at 15 minutes & 5 minutes before your cake cut & first dance is about to take place
- Introduce ourselves to Photographer/Videographer to discuss Cake Cut & First Dance
- Check in with yourselves to check key guests are in the room & be ready to delay until you are happy.
- 2 minutes before we will guide your guests towards the cake & dance floor.
- On a signal from the photographer I will countdown from 5 to zero at which point you can cut the cake.
- Some couple at this point share a small piece as part of the bonding process.
- We will then corral guests around the dance floor ready for the first dance.
- When the photographer gives us the nod we introduce you on to the dance floor as you have requested.
- At a pre-arranged time welcome guests on to the dance floor to join in.
