• How Far Will DJs Travel

  We have played throughout the UK in England, Scotland & Wales and across the globe as far as Australia.

  We are regulars at the best wedding venues in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire and Warwickshire. Including Foxtail Barns, Pendrell Hall, The Ashes, Hanbury Wedding Barn, The West Mill Derby, The Rivermill – Derby, Sandhole Oak Barn, The Mill in Stone, Swallows Nest Barn.

• Are DJs Flexible With Music and Playlists

  Some people like to have full control of the playlist for their wedding or party, whilst others leave it to the expertise of the DJ and others choose to be somewhere in between. After all we never forget that it’s your wedding or party. Even a small list of tracks will give us some guidance as to what kind of party you would like. Generally we suggest that lists are created on Spotify and that you share the link with us as soon as possible this allows us plenty of time to check out your wedding playlist. We are also happy to have a list of tracks you definitely don’t want to hear helps to show us the boundaries. Check out a sample of our playlists.

• Why Should I Pick You for My Wedding DJ

  • Our DJs have unrivalled experience DJing at Weddings, Clubs and Events. The DJs at the top level in the UK and abroad (1000’s of gigs) in clubs, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and fundraising balls.

• Why Should We Come to You When We Can Get a DJ for £200

  Do you really want to trust 5 hours of your wedding with an average DJ. You know it’s important to get the music & vibe right at a wedding for people to have a great evening.
  
  Our passion is filling dance floors, all our DJs have a minimum of 3000-5000 gigs experience to call upon, we don’t use pub or hobby DJs.

  We have played throughout the UK in England, Scotland & Wales and across the globe as far as Australia.

  Our DJs have chosen to buy their music from reputable sources having invested many 10’s of £1000’s on music over their careers. They will turn up with kit that sounds great because it doesn’t have to be on at full volume to keep the crowd happy. Your £200 DJ is unlikely to have the kit, insurance or the experience. Being a great DJ takes many many 1000’s of hours to hone the skills required, not just of understanding the kit and the music, but to be able to read the any audience a skill that has to be learnt through experience.

  Only you can decide how important these areas are to your wedding or event.

• How Do I Book a DJ

  As a first stage we can arrange a telephone or video call. From this point all booking correspondence is done via email so that we have all the details stored correctly.

  Once you’re happy to book a date we send over a booking form for you to make a £175 deposit.

  We will hold a booking for 48hrs whilst you make the deposit.

  A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received  and after this 48hr period if the deposit is not paid the date will be made available for general bookings again.

  Like with anything you value as important to your event it is critical to get things boxed off early. From both sides of the coin once a date has gone it’s gone, once we take a date it is set in stone.

• Do DJs Have PAT test and PLi Certificates

  Yes all equipment has been PAT tested and DJs have current full Public Liability Insurance, we can forward these on to you or your venue on demand.

• Can We Have a Meeting or Video Conference With the DJ Before

  Of course depending on location we are happy to have a chat or meeting or video conference before. Once the booking is made we expect to communicate a number of times to ensure we have all the accurate details as they evolve.

• Will The DJ Take Requests?

  Our DJs are generally very versatile open format DJs (they can play most mainstream genres) and so able to take requests from most genres. Typically a great DJ will mentally log most of the requests as they come in and drop them at the most appropriate time to ensure that they fit in at the most appropriate time of the night. If you don’t want the DJ to take requests from guests that is also up to you. 

• Will The DJ Play On Past The Contracted Time?

  Yes, this is subject to DJs and Venues discretion, (they may have other time considerations travel arrangements bookings they have to consider) and full permission from any venue or third party involved. Generally extra time is charged at £80 per 30 minutes and payable on the night.

• How Do You Dress?

  We try and dress appropriately depending on the type of event. Generally a collared shirt and jacket for most gigs, probably more casual for Club and Festival Events and if it suits you we’re happy to wear Black Tie but we must have at least 14 days notice for this.

• Are You Happy to Work With a Band?

  Yes we’re always happy to work with bands or Sax players as we think it makes a great combination.

  Many bands do offer an IPod DJ service which I would strongly refuse. If your band plays 2 x 45minute sets and then leaves the rest of the night to the iPod DJ, it’s likely a disaster waiting to happen. An iPod can’t read the audience or respond to requests or take a track off if everyone leaves the dance floor.
